Wiegardt Studio Gallery is committed to providing the best possible shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below.
Definitions
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Method
We primarily ship orders via USPS. Delivery times vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- East Coast: 5-7 business days
- Midwest: 4-6 business days
- West Coast: 3-5 business days
Estimated time frames are for reference only and may vary based on the item. Wiegardt Studio Gallery is not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking Information
If an email is provided at the time of your order, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Please email Gallery@ericwiegardt.com for questions on shipping destinations. All shipments comply with local laws and regulations.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wiegardt Studio Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Wiegardt Studio Gallery is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, however, we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier if such issues occur.
Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Please refer to our https://www.ericwiegardt.com/returnpolicy/ for full details.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a refund minus credit card fees, including shipping costs if the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped. Please refer to our https://www.ericwiegardt.com/cancellation-policy/ for full details.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship paintings to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Supplies from the Watercolor Store and some small paintings may be shipped to P.O. boxes. Please contact the Gallery via email Gallery@ericwiegardt.com for any questions or concerns.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified if this occurs, and standard shipping rates will apply.
Privacy Protection
Wiegardt Studio Gallery is committed to protecting your privacy. Your shipping information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering your order and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Wiegardt Studio Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or global health crises.
Streaming Classes
Eric Wiegardt’s streaming video classes are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping. Upon purchase:
1. You must create an account before purchase, and be logged in to the account. This enables you to access the streaming videos.
2. You will receive an email that your order has been received once your order is placed, this does not grant your access. Once your access has been granted you will received an email stating order completed. You will then have access to the video you’ve ordered on the “RESTRICTED VIDEO LINK PAGE“.
3. Access is typically granted within 1-2 business days, often sooner.
4. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 1-2 business days, please check your spam folder, then contact us at gallery@ericwiegardt.com.

Live Classes
Eric Wiegardt’s Monthly Live Mentoring and Paint Along classes are conducted virtually typically using Zoom and do not involve shipping. Upon placing your registration order:
1. You will receive an email that your order has been received once your order is placed, this order is then reviewed by Wiegardt Studio Gallery staff who will add you to the appropriate class roster.
2. Within 2-4 business days prior to the class, you will receive a meeting link email with additional instructions.
3. Any materials suggested for the class are available on the Workshops page.
