We understand that circumstances may change, requiring you to cancel your registration for a live Mentoring or Paint Along class.

Cancellation Timeframes
More than 2 business days before class start date: Full refund excluding any credit card processing charges.
2 days or less before class start date: No refund available.

How to Cancel
To cancel your registration, please contact us at gallery@ericwiegardt.com or call 360-665-5976.
Provide your name, class details, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or check by mail, within 10 business days.

Class Transfers
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.
Transfers must be rescheduled at least 7 days before the class start date.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your class once, subject to availability, with at least 14 days’ notice.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class date.

No-shows
If you fail to attend a class without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
