Solitude, original watercolor painting of a lake with three trees at the waters edge and a kayaker out in the lake and trees lining the opposite side of the lake.
A bright sunny day, brilliant light glared across the water. The shade of the dense trees at the water's edge made for cool comfort, As a kayak cut easily through the glassy surface, barely a ripple passed the knee deep trees and over the pebbled shore. It was silent but for an occasional bird chirp or frog plopping into the water. Such overwhelming peace, tranquility.
